How To Lose Weight

The top option for losing weight is to workout in a gym. When you workout you gain muscle, gaining muscles need more energy to work therefore you lose more fat automatically.

For some workout in a gym is boring or no time for it. Any kind of sport that requires using strength is also a workout, so you dont need for a gym.

If you dont wanna use strength, the best way is to find your metabolism rate(BMR). The metabolism is what the body need for energy per day.

This requires a good amount of math to work out. Finding out the balance between the food energy source and your metabolic rate.

When you found out your metabolic rate, you can then make a food intake plan.

Proteins, carbs, minerals and vitamins that your body needs. Having multi suppements for vitamins and minerals is good, but with well made plan you can do without.

Proteins contain 4 calories, its the slowest burn rate, also the most fulfilling, main thing is to calculate the amount you need to maintain your metabolism with calories, having good amount of calories in proteins in your diet.

When you found the balance between food of your choosing and your rate, then take away how much food you can do without. Thats your rate of weight lost.

When thats done, its time to split it into meals.

Using healthy food like fish, eggs, chicken meat, vegetables in the most raw and fresh food possible, but dont eat fruit since its mostly just sugar and not fulfilling over the long run.

Now thats the hardest part, with dedication to start it, after a while the body will see it is normal and adapt the food intake and take the remaining energy from your body reserve. Makes it easier and becoming a routine.

Having a set time to eat those meals during the day is boosting the rate, makes losing weight faster.

If you feel better, then its good and it works.

Go out and tackle the world with feeling good and happiness.
